Getting my dad's flat sorted is a very up and down process. At various points feel despair that it will ever be done. Then there's the sudden twist in the plot...

So we're out there yesterday, and Ian took boys to Robertson park, which they love. Then Tommy mistimed a jump. A&E visit!

He has a torus/buckle fracture of left arm. It would have been full fracture in adult, but kids' softer bones sometimes only get small cracks or on his case, a bump on either side of bone.

Aparently it's the most common thype of fracture in young kids. Pretty sure it's what Lizzie got at pretty much same age...

He has to wear cast for 3 weeks (it's a removable one for bathing).

I asked him later how the day hadbeen before he hurt his arm.

"MAGNIFICENT!"

So that's something!
